accountable for hiring new staff within certain accounts and the ongoing performance management of existing staff within said accounts

Requirements
recognised as an AWS Cloud Platform expert having previously held a key cloud platform role
have previously managed a team of AWS Platform Engineers
experience automating the build of AWS resources using infrastructure as code using Terraform
an appreciation of the software delivery lifecycle within a team-based environment, and experience with continuous integration/deployment
an understanding of the challenges and priorities of operating services, and how SRE principles can be applied
experience designing complex systems or platforms, and the ability to assess trade-offs with design options
experience mentoring team members and leading by example

due to working with a number of government bodies, SC clearance is required for our customer facing teams
in future, DV clearance may be required, so the ability/willingness to pass DV clearance is advantageous but not essential
