  • high attention to detail with good organisational skills
  • emphasis on ownership and problem solving
  • up to a maximum of 30 days holiday per annum
  • previous payroll experience is desirable but not essential
  • £100,000 death in service benefit, paid to a nominee of your choice
  • previous experience with Merit software would be beneficial
  • enhanced family leave – including maternity, paternity, and adoption - and you’ll be eligible after just six months’ employment

  • due to this, we have a requirement for a new Business Development Manager in Clipper Contracting Group, an Umbrella payroll company
  • this is an exciting opportunity for a people person to join an innovative and expanding group of companies, who enjoyed record growth in 2022 and have continued this trend into 2023
  • you would be required to maintain and grow key relationships with our recruitment partners that refer contractors to our books, and ultimately increase the volume of business we do
  • the role is based in our London sales office and will involve both maintaining business over the phone and in person meetings so the applicant should feel comfortable with both of these disciplines
  • we're a small, dynamic team and you will be joining Directors, Senior BDM's and other BDM's as we collaborate together to drive the company forward

  • whilst a degree qualification is desirable, it is by no means essential
