Responsibility
- A great opportunity for a
- pharmacy Technician around Wandsworth, London
- to work in Primary Care
- work with the Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacists and Clinicians in accordance with
- support the role of the Clinical Pharmacists
- you will be joining a highly functioning team with opportunities to implement your skills and knowledge and develop them further
- to work as a GP-practice based or PCN pharmacy technician
- agreed practice prescribing standard operating procedures
Education
- deliver structured or ad-hoc training to patient services advisors and/or other clinical and non-clinical staff on medicines management
- supervise junior pharmacy technicians where appropriate
- this is to aid in the upskilling of staff within the PCN to allow increased efficiency of activity by members of the PCN
- enrol in, undertaking or qualified from an approved PCN Pharmacy Technician training pathway. For example the Primary Care Pharmacy Educational Pathway or Medicines Optimisation in Care Homes
