deliver structured or ad-hoc training to patient services advisors and/or other clinical and non-clinical staff on medicines management
supervise junior pharmacy technicians where appropriate
this is to aid in the upskilling of staff within the PCN to allow increased efficiency of activity by members of the PCN
enrol in, undertaking or qualified from an approved PCN Pharmacy Technician training pathway. For example the Primary Care Pharmacy Educational Pathway or Medicines Optimisation in Care Homes
