Requirements

  • strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports effectively
  • strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
  • experience in human resources management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • previous veterinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; however, an understanding of healthcare practices is beneficial
  • knowledge of human resources practices, including recruitment and employee relations

  • conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients
  • develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences
  • perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventative, and cosmetic treatments

Education

Requirements

  • A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is essential
  • MINIMUM 5 years experience in a clinical setting
