CLEARWAY is looking for employees for positions:
- manage hire desk enquiries and process enquiries through to deployment
- generate qualified leads through outbound calls and online sources to promote services
- customer engagement
- utilise multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
- experience of generating outbound communication across multiple channels including social media and other on-line sources
- previous work experience in telesales or call centre environments
- B2B sales experience is advantageous
- flexible approach to achieving KPIs and targets
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- self-starting and highly motivated
- capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
- telesales / sales: 1 year
- diligently monitoring outstanding balances and proactively contacting customers through phone calls and emails to ensure prompt payments
- conducting professional negotiations with customers to establish payment arrangements
- providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and updating invoices accurately
- conducting thorough reviews of client accounts and escalating critical matters to Account Managers and the Board
- assisting with the processing of new customer accounts and evaluating credit suitability
- preparing comprehensive Management Information Reports on Aged Debt
- maintaining accurate records by inputting and updating data in Sage 200 and Credit Manager
- assisting the accounts team to support various ad-hoc accounting functions
- excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations professionally
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team and independently
- analytical skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial processes
- prior experience with Sage and Credit Manager would be beneficial but is not essential
- sage or Credit Manager: 1 year
