Responsibility

  • manage hire desk enquiries and process enquiries through to deployment
  • generate qualified leads through outbound calls and online sources to promote services
  • customer engagement
  • utilise multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn

Requirements

  • experience of generating outbound communication across multiple channels including social media and other on-line sources
  • previous work experience in telesales or call centre environments
  • B2B sales experience is advantageous
  • flexible approach to achieving KPIs and targets
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • self-starting and highly motivated
  • capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
  • telesales / sales: 1 year
