- representing the company during customer site visits to hold pre-start meetings, site handovers and to discuss job progress
- responding to telephone and email enquiries from customers’ surveyors, ensuring we are always exceeding their expectations and providing a timely, responsive service
Requirements
- opportunities are available at trainee level or for experienced electricians or Estimators
- trainees need not have construction industry experience but electrical qualifications would certainly be an advantage
- customer-service focused, determined to be responsive and impress at every opportunity
- strong organisation and administration skills
- A genuine eye for detail, checking own work and ensuring accuracy
- A hunger to learn on-the-job and build a long-term career with us
- strong communication skills will be particularly important to take advantage of progression opportunities
