we are looking to recruit a number of temporary roles to support our busy customer service team in the run up to, and during Christmas
supporting all online and in store customers with their queries or complaints in a timely manner whilst adhering to the customer service policies and procedures
achieving daily targets set for productivity to ensure departmental KPI’s and response times are maintained or exceeded at all times
what will you be doing?
escalate any store based issues to District Manager of store to investigate in order prevent further issues of this nature from being highlighted to customer services
assist other teams as necessary within Operations depending on work load, such as store communications and reception
handle customer contact over different channels such as; telephone, email, post, social media, Amazon and Ebay, ensuring a high level of service is provided and relevant KPI’s maintained at all times

strong communication skills both verbal and written
able to communicate effectively with people of all job levels and personalities
previous experience in a fast paced customer service role communicating with customers via different channels such as telephone, email and social media. Able to work as part of a team and as an individual to achieve departmental KPI’s
