Responsibility
- A brand ambassador for Claire’s always going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
- we are looking to recruit a number of temporary roles to support our busy customer service team in the run up to, and during Christmas
- supporting all online and in store customers with their queries or complaints in a timely manner whilst adhering to the customer service policies and procedures
- achieving daily targets set for productivity to ensure departmental KPI’s and response times are maintained or exceeded at all times
- what will you be doing?
- escalate any store based issues to District Manager of store to investigate in order prevent further issues of this nature from being highlighted to customer services
- assist other teams as necessary within Operations depending on work load, such as store communications and reception
- handle customer contact over different channels such as; telephone, email, post, social media, Amazon and Ebay, ensuring a high level of service is provided and relevant KPI’s maintained at all times
Requirements
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- able to communicate effectively with people of all job levels and personalities
- previous experience in a fast paced customer service role communicating with customers via different channels such as telephone, email and social media. Able to work as part of a team and as an individual to achieve departmental KPI’s
