  • 3 years+ experience in R&D or Process Engineering - essential

Responsibility

  • assist customers in setting correct parameters and tolerances for lining/cutting equipment
  • evaluate customer’s failed product performance and determine the root cause
  • attend line trials and assist customer in achieving a successful technical performance
  • write internal and external reports concerning package evaluation
  • provide technical support to customers during the implementation of new products
  • the purpose of this role will be to assist customers on site with their induction seal and lining issues and to offer technical support to the sales team when introducing products in the marketplace
  • carry out analysis of materials from the competition used by customers to understand the required characteristics in specific technical applications
  • this exciting role involves root cause analysis and engineering of solutions for the successful processing of products on the customers manufacturing lines
