we are currently recruiting for an experience Registered Manager to lead and support our Supported Living Service on the outskirts of Bristol that is due to open shortly
responding to complaints and safeguarding related communication
along with the Supported Living Service we already support a small number of complex clients in the Bath and North East Somerset and these would also sit under the same registration and be overseen by the Registered Manager
effectively and confidentially managing data and information, ensuring care plans and incident reports are up to date
as the Registered Supported Living Manager , you will oversee the people we support in the area and ensure that our Outstanding services are maintained
Requirements
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social care services or equivalent qualification
proven experience of working with people with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health problems
demonstrable success in building an effective team with an ability to motivate staff to succeed
previous experience as a Registered Manager is preferred
able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills
working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, DOLS, Safeguarding and other relevant legislation
excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
