Responsibility

  • the Client Account Lead/Manager is a key member of the CJCH Anti-Piracy and License Compliance management team
  • the objective of the business is to work with software vendors on strategies that aim to protect their Intellectual Property Rights
  • the position is based at the CJCH head office in Cardiff with some blended home working arrangements possible
  • the holder will have responsibility for the processes and activities outlined below and relevant to the client's needs
  • the position is based at the Cardiff head office
  • evaluating and monitoring the achievement of target revenue in collaboration with the relevant client team and the internal leadership team
  • providing management dashboards on the progress of actions and progress towards the target

Requirements

  • educated to degree level or equivalent or equivalent experience

  • advanced experience in data analytics and visualisation tools, i.e. Power Bi, is a plus but not required
