This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mid-size established business who are in a very good position.About the role:My client is looking for a Site Manager who has worked on similar high-end fitout projects in both the residential and commercial sectors. The on-going project for the successful Site Manager will be two fitout projects within 5-minute distance of each other in the Mayfair London. One project will be working on 400-year building while the other will be working on a new build fitout project. You will be reporting directly to the contracts manager.Rewards and Benefits:My client is offering a package of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience. Alongside this, my client is willing to negotiate a package on top including pension, travel, and healthcare. For the right Site Manager, adjustments can be made to the package to suit.Requirements:My client is looking for a Site Manager who comes from a joinery background. You should have 5+ years’ experience in Fit-out and refurbishment and have been ideally working on similar high-end projects.
