Responsibility
- communicating with new and existing clients, develop and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- understand customer KPIs, targets and review performance
- organising and managing regular client meetings
- preparing for meetings and ensuring samples, costs, designs, presentations and proposals are ready
- completing market reviews to be done with SWOT highlighted and ‘how’ opportunities will be achieved
- formulating customer specific sales plans/strategies in line with accountable budgets, costing, packaging and product prices
- collaborate with Marketing team and other departments within Citydoc
- be prepared to coach and train in the functional competencies more junior members of the team
