Responsibility
- you will deal with purchasers right from the enquiry stage and arranging viewings, through to exchange and completion
- the Sales Negotiator position is a fast-paced role dealing with primarily leasehold property, of which you will be responsible for liaising with both vendors and purchasers
- you will keep vendors updated thoroughly whilst their property is on the market, whether this be with regular contact and viewing feedback, or negotiating offers, achieving the best price for them as our clients
- throughout the conveyancing process, you will need to keep an eye on sales progression, communicating with all involved parties such as solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, management companies etc., ensuring both vendor and purchaser are kept updated
