- as the company’s Accounts Payable Clerk, you will take ownership of several Cisilion supplier accounts
- cisilion has the exciting opportunity for an Account Payable Clerk to join their dynamic finance team based out of their Leatherhead, Surrey HQ
- you would ensure that invoices are posted accurately, with supplier statements reconciled fully
- you will monitor bank outgoings to ensure they are in line with payment expectations
Requirements
- minimum 3 years’ experience of Accounts Payable within a commercial environment
- good attention to detail
- credit Cards and Expenses claims processing
- requesting supplier statements and reconciling efficiently
- able to work on own initiative
- posting multi-currency purchase invoices and credit notes to system
- excellent verbal and written communication
- calling & emailing suppliers to resolve queries promptly
