Responsibility

  • develop, build, and maintain technical and personal rapport with clients
  • desktop and User Support
  • manage Internal Tickets, documenting and responding as required
  • ensure high levels of incident ownership through incident lifecycle to a satisfactory conclusion
  • user Adoption of the Serpentine chosen technologies
  • work inline with the requirements of ISO27001 & Cyber Essentials
  • analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales
  • desktop and mobile device technical support within the Serpentine Galleries

Requirements

  • excellent knowledge of Desktop Support
  • excellent computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot - Microsoft desktop operating systems and O365 applications
  • experience in a similar support role, supporting 2nd/3rd line support issues across Microsoft 365 and Azure IaaS and PaaS deployments
  • excellent knowledge of Office Applications
  • windows Server
  • good understanding of Microsoft Server operating systems
  • intune Autopilot
  • azure Active Directory
