Responsibility
- handle inbound calls meeting required KPI’s
- build strong rapport with customers to understand their waste management needs
- provide expert advice on our waste solutions and services
- close sales deals and meet monthly targets
- achieve and exceed sales targets to drive business growth
- keep up-to-date with industry trends
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- experience in account management, ideally in the waste industry, but this isn’t essential
- demonstratable sales or service management with a track record of success and evidence of working towards targets and KPI’s
- A strong understanding of, and passion for, delivering excellent customer service
- an ability to build new productive working relationships, whilst maintaining and growing existing relationships
- account management: 1 year
- sales: 1 year
- commercial awareness and a hunger for sales success
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
