Requirements
- previous Recruiting experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Automotive, Utilities Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Production is desired
- strong recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools
- recruiting experience in the Middle Eastern Market is a must
- ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise
- ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies
- adhere to documentation and processes for compliance
- experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
