- supervising a section effectively and efficiently - ensure high quality guest experience
- ensuring guests have correctly ordered food and drinks - accepting payments correctly
- ensure the team adhere to legislative requirements such as COSHH, Fire Safety, Health & Safety
- maintain high standards of cleaning and hygiene within the restaurant
- supporting management with allocation of guests
- ensuring all Front Of House supplies are stocked weekly via a stock-take
- experience working in high paced environments, being able to run shifts doing high volumes
