  • supervising a section effectively and efficiently - ensure high quality guest experience
  • ensuring guests have correctly ordered food and drinks - accepting payments correctly
  • ensure the team adhere to legislative requirements such as COSHH, Fire Safety, Health & Safety
  • maintain high standards of cleaning and hygiene within the restaurant
  • supporting management with allocation of guests
  • ensuring all Front Of House supplies are stocked weekly via a stock-take
  • experience working in high paced environments, being able to run shifts doing high volumes
  • friendly persona

Responsibility

  • greeting and seating customers
  • cleaning and resetting tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware as needed
