- service Coordinator/Office Administrator – Chelmsford, Essex
- we are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Office Administrator to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our valued customers and our team of engineers
- your main responsibility will be ensuring that service calls and parts fittings are efficiently scheduled and executed to the satisfaction of our clients
- you will be an integral part of our small, industrially located team just outside of Chelmsford, with the opportunity to handle the entire Service Coordination administration, Warranty administration and also assist with Sales Installation and Maintenance administration
- oversee Service Administrator and offer holiday cover
- maintain accurate records and assist with admin tasks
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar coordination and scheduling role
- excellent organizational and planning skills
- strong communication skills over the phone and email
- ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and engineers
- capable of interpreting customer technical queries and communicating accurate information to engineers
- keen attention to detail and ability to work independently, manage time effectively, problem-solve, and be flexible
- serve as a point of contact for customer issues and work closely with the team to resolve them promptly
