Responsibility
- organize and prepare travel and accommodation bookings
- liaise with relevant departments on logistics and organise regular communication to ensure a smooth logistical process
- organize repairs / Certification of Private Sale lots as necessary
- handling various top client requests
- screen all telephone and postal enquiries and respond where appropriate
- keep comprehensive records of all Private Sale transactions and maintain Private Sale files in good order
- other duties as assigned by manager
