Responsibility
- leading artisan chocolate company Chococo is looking for a new manager for its Chocolate House in Winchester
- you must have management experience of; managing & motivating people, meeting targets, rota management, training, stock control and banking
- established in Dorset in 2002, we are renowned for our fine fresh chocolates, gelato & brownies and also our strong ethical principles, including our sourcing policies and use of plastic-free packaging
- you will also have hospitality experience, as our Chocolate House includes both retail & cafe elements
- you must also be computer literate and you will also ideally have a full driving licence
- to date, we have won 100 national & international awards for our creations and have been described in the national press as a pioneering British chocolatier
- our Chocolate Houses in Swanage in Dorset, Winchester, Exeter & Horsham offer our customers a unique sensory chocolate experience of being both a shop, selling our handcrafted fine chocolates, and also a café serving our range of single origin hot chocolates, Union Coffee, our gelato, plus both sweet & savoury bakery items for treats & light lunches
