Responsibility

  • site Preparation: Clear debris, level the ground, and assist in laying foundations for construction projects
  • machinery Operation: Safely operate equipment such as compactors, and other groundwork tools
  • drainage & Paving: Assist with the installation of drainage systems, paving, and other essential groundwork tasks
  • teamwork & Efficiency: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely project completion
  • health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • issue Reporting: Report any hazards or site issues to the site supervisor promptly
  • equipment Maintenance: Ensure tools and machinery are kept in good working condition

quantity surveyor

  • phD

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices
  • proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
  • excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • effective communication and negotiation skills
  • surveying: 1 year

Responsibility

  • conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
  • collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
  • evaluate variations and change orders to assess their impact on project costs
