Responsibility
- you will additionally be asked to pick up and deliver medication to clients
- ensuring carers aren’t issued any work until all statutory checks have been completed
- you will also liaise with social workers and governing bodies
- to formally identify if staff need any additional training or support
- to complete regular supervisions and spot checks on the care team, to offer coaching and guidance where required
- the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all visits are satisfactorily covered for the Wigan care service in Ashton in makerfield and Golborne/Lowton
- to complete annual appraisals for the care team
- you will be responsible for managing, supervising and organising mentoring as well as tasks relating to the supervising and development of new recruits in the field. Completing Staff supervisions and spot checks
