the requirements for the role are experience within Healthcare Management, approx
10 years, this can be NHS, Dental, or Private Services
you’ll also need to have education to an A-Level equivalent, with a diploma, 1stdegree or MBA in Business Studies or similar/equivalent
they have ample parking available on site for staff and good transport links for those using public transport
ideally, you’ll have been leading a small team of admin/reception/dispensing staff, with a substantial amount of patient facing and customer service experience
alongside this you’ll need to have a good understanding of CQC requirements and business planning, with experience in financial systems including payroll and monthly P&L
