- provide the overall support to Global MD Marine & Aviation and the Operations Director
- manage the overall complex travel arrangements e.g. tickets and accommodation booking
- supporting leadership team with diary management and its logistic
- as requested by your Line Manager the Job Holder will also perform reasonable ad hoc duties
- preparation of meeting communication documents from creation, proof-reading of reports, letters and general communications with internally and externally
- support Marine & Aviation marketing and client events, includes but not limited to assisting with the arrangement of special events and market seminars
- expense management for leadership team
