  • you will need as a minimum one of the following qualifications
  • BGP, OSPF, VRF, VPN configuration and support experience
  • good knowledge and hands-on experience of configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining networking equipment
  • LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting Skills
  • cloud implementation and migration experience
  • network implementation and support
  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • provide consultation to customers and stakeholders on in-life customer solutions

  • minimum 2 years’ experience in a 2nd Line role within a service desk or support environment
  • at least 1 years’ experience as a Field Engineer working on multiple customer sites
  • cloud hosted O365 skills required
  • MS Exchange and Outlook management skills required
  • knowledge of data backups and schedules including VEAAM and Cloud hosted services
  • demonstrated PC hardware/software trouble-shooting skills
  • excellent team player
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional telephone demeanour
