CHAPTER 2 MEDIA is looking for employees for positions:
- define an IT strategy and roadmap, working with stakeholders, in particular security, operations and engineering
- rollout and maintain hardware provisioning and deprovisioning processes
- monitor support trends and issues, helping to define solutions for automation and process improvement
- you will be expected to support the help desk
- manage endpoint security tools and work with security team to provide logs and intelligence on key systems

- newly or recently qualified ACA, preferably Big Four
- ACA qualified , ideally trained in a top-tier firm
- navision experiences beneficial
- strong communication skills, particularly in working with non-finance colleagues
- confident in evaluating and improving processes within a fast-paced business
- strong Excel skills
- experience working in a multi-entity, medium-sized, or private equity-backed environment
- experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision is desirable
- drive continuous improvement in core accounting processes and internal controls to ensure high-quality financial reporting
- lead statutory audit delivery, including planning, data preparation, and audit liaison
- coordinate monthly and quarterly group reporting submissions, responding to ad hoc internal requests
- contribute to internal reporting, such as aged receivables and reconciliations for non-finance stakeholders
- provide guidance on complex or judgemental accounting areas
- stay on top of evolving accounting requirements, including those relevant to leases and regulatory reporting

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and management accounting
- experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is a plus
- exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency environments is preferred
- generate customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- work closely with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer billing issues and disputes
- monitor and report on cash balances across entities in the UK, Germany, and South Africa
- maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all financial records and transactions
- liaise with local accountants in Germany and South Africa, ensuring proper integration of local financial data into the central reporting system
- perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies
- assist in the preparation of management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Finance Director
- work closely with the Finance Director and other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Procurement, to ensure alignment on financial matters
