ensure safe and effective prescription generation and security – by ensuring CGL policies in relation to prescriptions are adhered to, that staff are competent in their roles and that systems are in place to ensure all prescriptions are accurately generated, stored, distributed and recorded
provide high quality leadership – Deliver supervision, appraisal, welfare support and performance support to an identified cohort of administrators and receptionists, which may include volunteers and students as appropriate
manage Health and Safety – Oversee the completion of regular health and safety checks and audits as well as being responsible for any remedial actions required to maintain legal obligations, reporting any concerns to the services manager immediately
to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary

CGL Forth Valley Recovery Service is registered with the Scottish Care Inspectorate and all front line staff are expected to register with the SSSC and maintain continuous professional development, including the acquisition of required and appropriate qualifications
