Requirements
- demonstrable experience of working in a similar role for a bank or specialist lender in the UK
- strong working knowledge of UK property investment lending
- educated to A level standard or equivalent, degree education desirable
Responsibility
- deal effectively with queries and complaints in accordance with Bank guidelines and standard of service and also maintains the company’s compliance standards and own compliance training
- provide clear demonstration of adherence to due diligence with brokers both at initial stages and on an ongoing basis in line with documented procedures
- promotes the Bank in the UK through attendance at outside events and promotions
- prepare, maintain and deliver an account management plan for each of the Brokers in your business area
- collaboration: Working effectively individually and as a team with the various functions of the division to enable them to carry out their duties and operations
