- key responsibilities
- this will be term-time only or a 52 week contract dependent on experience
- day to Day Management of a Day and Boarding School 5/7 service provision for circa 250 students
- manage day-to-day operations of the catering operation
- responsible and accountable for the food provision in the relevant site
- write and produce menus and food to the highest standard showing innovation and variety
- catering for 2 schools
- responsible for the day to day running of the groups head office site
- running and supervising any kitchen section to the required standards
- on a day-to-day basis you'll plan, organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided

- this is mostly a Mon - Fri role, with some evenings & weekends
- planning, preparing and cooking meals including hot food, sandwiches, light snacks and baking. You will
- strong culinary skills to enable an innovative, modern and forward thinking food service

- responsible for the full management of the kitchen, the kitchen team and the Front of House staff
- ensuring all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
