project coordinator

Responsibility

  • act as the primary document controller for all project-related files and communications
  • coordinate site setup activities including logistics, signage, welfare facilities, and access
  • ensure RAMS , construction phase plans and other compliance documents are in place and up to date
  • manage and maintain accurate records on Procore of RFI’s, submittals and key items of correspondence
  • running monthly 360 reports on Procore for project progress reporting and disseminating to the project team
  • support multiple sites with administrative and operational coordination
  • liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • manage and maintain project action plans and chase down overdue tasks

management accountant

Responsibility

  • prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives
  • conduct variance analysis to identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities in construction projects
  • develop and maintain cost accounting procedures and reports to track project expenses, subcontractor costs, and material costs
  • collaborate with project managers and department heads to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions

estimator

Responsibility

  • review of tender documents ensuring bid compliance
  • carrying out estimating duties from raising tender enquiries to holding final tender adjudications
  • identifying value engineering solutions
  • review of quotations received from suppliers/subcontractors and relevant terms and conditions
  • working with contract administrator/PMO Coordinator to issue out purchase orders to sub-contractors and suppliers
  • monitor project costs, maintaining change control logs and producing monthly valuations for senior PM sign-off
  • commercial management of subcontractors including processing payments, obtaining final account agreements, and resolving disputed issues by negotiation, if appropriate
