  • managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you

Responsibility

  • head Chef or other senior member of staff directed by the Head Chef
  • undertake cleaning duties within the kitchen areas as required, including refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves and surrounding work surfaces etc
  • 2 x shifts available 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm
  • undertake regular sweeping, mopping of floors as necessary
  • wash up as required during the preparation of the meal, including pans used by the chef's using industrial equipment
