reliability engineer
Working hours

Responsibility
- champion the development and maintenance of a strategy and supporting toolset for reliability measurement, reporting and improvement activities within Ceres
- define approaches and methods for reliability analyses of our electrochemical products
- support reliability analyses for partner designed fuel-cell and electrolysis systems
- plan and deliver tools, processes, and training on reliability engineering
- own the development of engineering tools, processes and people
- be the technical expert on reliability engineering within the business
- build a strong internal and external network to best deliver reliability engineering capabilities and ensure consistent adoption between Ceres and our manufacturing partners
Requirements
- if you feel you have some of the requirements, we are still very interested in hearing from you
- STEM degree, with relevant qualification or experience in statistical methods for reliability assessment
- extensive experience in the reliability engineering of a complex product, ideally in a new-to-market technology
- ability to plan and execute company-wide strategies
- excellent communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to convey complex messages and information effectively and concisely
- experience of testing methods such as accelerated life testing and highly accelerated life testing , and their application in reliability growth programmes
