Education

Requirements

qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales
extensive experience in immigration law, including asylum and human rights matters
strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, policies, and procedures
excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding clients' rights
immigration law: 5 years
