maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring housekeeping and health and safety standards are maintained
any other reasonable duties as and when required
ensure all paperwork are filed and stored in the correct place

answer all customer related queries and respond within agreed turn around period
complete any other reasonable additional duties as requested by management
to answer customers calls and direct to the correct department
cover for the Quality Manager with service calls during annual leave or sickness
