- central Fife Sheds is looking for a Labourer to join our team in Glenrothes
- dip panels in water repelling solution in dip tank
- ensure tidiness of workshop
- remove scrap wood to skip
- mop up spills around dip tank with sawdust
- sweep workshop regularly to avoid trip hazards
- cut roofing felt to size and put into packs of sundries for buildings
- other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- must be able to lift 20kg regularly. Occasionally there will be heavier panels but this will be a 2-man job. Lifting technique training will be given. Must be able to walk on concrete floors for extended periods of time
- must be able to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner with little supervision while working in a team with other labourers performing tasks as assigned by the supervisor or production manager
