Responsibility
- assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes and invoices, assisting with diary management
- learning about damp and moisture surveys and the causes of damp and water ingress
- supporting and learning from the surveying team on site visits
- spending time on site with our technicians to learn and understand how site work is done
- assisting and spending time with the contracts department
- liaising with clients to ensure that their requirements are met
- learning alongside a senior surveyor to gain practical experience in damp proofing and waterproofing techniques
Requirements
- A keen interest in the construction and property industry
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- A full driving licence
- training courses and examination opportunities at the Property Care Association will be provided
- you will also receive training and support to develop your skills and knowledge, with the aim of progressing to a fully qualified surveyor
