CE BACK OFFICE is looking for employees for positions:
- setting up and managing course content for specific stakeholder groups
- managing third-party content providers
- support the design and creation of course content
- ability to manage a full learning program rollout
- proficient in writing communications to support the rollout
- experience with Workday learning and rolling out Workday learning capability
- conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
- participate in the development of project documentation, including test plans, requirements specifications, test summaries, and user manuals
- you will require the following skills
- strong mathematics skills and the ability to carry out manual payroll calculations
- ability to run manual payroll calculations to include tax, NIC, student loans, and pension deductions
- ability to process payroll from end to end including year-end procedures
- strong written and verbal communication
- experience with a modified payroll would be an advantage but not essential
- to obtain sign-off from clients for audit
