manage the operation through a team of Supervisors with key responsibility for standards in all aspects of the role
meet regularly with all of our clients and ensure requirements are being met
handle any escalations within your region
ensure all locations are within budget
manage resourcing for each site
handle all site administration including time sheets, ordering, recruitment documentation, etc
train staff on site
coach supervisors in terms of staff management
Requirements
proven track record within a similar environment
demonstrated experience of delivering the highest standards of customer service
knowledge and experience of the cleaning sector would be a distinct advantage
excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills
