CBS VENTURE is looking for employees for positions:
- plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time
- collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and timelines
- manage and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and contractors
- ensure that all relevant local council regulations and building codes are followed in accordance with UK laws
- maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules
- monitor project performance to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and ensure that their needs are met
- minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- ability to manage and coordinate large construction projects from start to finish
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- strong project management and budgeting skills
