Responsibility
- we are a Wrexham based construction company, with other sites currently in North West Wales, Mid Wales and Cheshire
- we focus on building quality, high specification projects
- we create new build houses and apartment blocks along with Health Care Centres and Residential Homes
- work alongside the Contracts Manager to effectively manage and monitor build plans, ensuring the projects meet customer, warranty and regulatory standards
- management of all sub-contractors and trades to ensure timely delivery of the project
- if you have experience of managing building sites, particularly new build, this could be the role for you
- ensure the site meets all safety requirements
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager \\ Senior Site Manager to join our team managing a new build construction site in Wrexham
Requirements
- experience of Timber Frame, air source heating, PV panels and MVHR an advantage
- strong leadership skills
- coordinating subcontractors to ensure project progresses promptly
- coordinating material and services supplies to site “just in time”
- ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
- effective communication skills
- minimum of 5 years site management experience as lead site manager or project manager on projects ranging from £500k to £10m in contract value in social housing projects, residential projects
