eden Fabrications are seeking a Machine Operator to join our growing team
operate machines effectively and safely - having experience would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided

Responsibility
assemble and erect structural steel frameworks for buildings and other structures
fabricate metal components according to specifications using hand tools and power tools
perform welding tasks including stick welding
conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate tasks on-site
maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety protocols
use basic maths skills to read blueprints and calculate measurements accurately
Requirements
proven experience as an Ironworker or in a similar role within the construction industry
proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
excellent physical stamina and strength, capable of lifting heavy materials
attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
A valid health and safety certification is advantageous but not essential

experience as a CNC operator
skilled in setting up and operating CNC machinery
