  • A background in pastry/desserts would be helpful but not essential
  • organisation and fore site to know when items are selling well and will need replenishing, or to ease back on over prep for items that may not sell as well due to weather or other factors
  • level 2 food hygiene is expected but we will provide online and in person training onsite with the ability to take further courses as needed
  • personal transport would be preferable. We are a little out of the way, and travel to and from on public transport may be difficult
