  • assume full ownership of international and domestic implementations
  • assist client in identifying and prioritizing client’s tactical and strategic requirements; align requirements in the context of implementation objectives
  • develop project plan for implementation; identify project interdependencies
  • engage appropriate Cartus and Client resources to build project team
  • manage all project resources to ensure alignment with project goals
  • identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategy
  • proactively manage and troubleshoot issues
  • coordinate timely completion of deliverables from all internal functions such as compensation, relocation accounting, billing, client services, supply chain, L&D, etc
