- writing job descriptions, post on the relevant hiring platforms and interviewing appropriate candidates
- shortlisting interviews to conduct final interviews
- working with Finance Director on salaries and budget
- conduct and record all relevant checks, obtain references and documents required for employment
- submitting relevant candidates for employment and assist with employment contract paperwork for all new starters
- taking the lead when new starters join the company
- developing and building a pool of CVs of household staff to save on file
- working with our partnered agency to source temporary or permanent positions for clients e.g., chef placements
Requirements
- applicant must be educated to degree level
- experience in a recruitment company, working in a UHNW environment
- possess immaculate presentation and people skills. A large part of the role is client facing with HNW clients
- can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- understand the needs and demands of HNW clients
- A people-orientated person
- have the ability to be forward thinking and the incentive to grow the business
- discretion is absolutely key
