- taking charge of the running of the kitchen
- A good understanding of Food Hygiene, Cook Safe, COSHH, H&S
- maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
- help create new dishes for our menu’s
- conducting regular stock checks and help organise weekly orders
- checking and recording any deliveries received
- maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
- good knowledge of different varieties of food and ingredients
- experience of running a kitchen
- knowledge of allergies and ability to manage them
- work well under pressure
- cooking: 2 years
