  • A good understanding of Food Hygiene, Cook Safe, COSHH, H&S
  • maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
  • help create new dishes for our menu’s
  • conducting regular stock checks and help organise weekly orders
  • checking and recording any deliveries received
  • maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen at all times

Requirements

  • good knowledge of different varieties of food and ingredients
  • experience of running a kitchen
  • knowledge of allergies and ability to manage them
  • work well under pressure
