- preparing Health & Saftey documents such as RAMS and Permits to Work

- purchasing and Procurement Team
- creating Programmes of Work
- carmelcrest is a Main Contractor, we specialise in Public Sector commercial construction in the Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Blue Light and Local Authority sectors
- communicating and co-operating with all project stakeholders including sub-contractors, clients, building users, operatives and Site Managers
Requirements
- experience working in the construction industry
- logical common-sense thinking and problem solving
- drivers licence and vehicle
- knowledge of the JCT, RAMS, Programme of Work etc
