Responsibility
- we are looking for dedicated support workers with experience or an interest in mental health and learning disabilities
- supporting the development of life skills with each individual is a key part of the role
- delivering the Carmand ethos and standards to all service users
- general day-to-day upkeep on the house including tasks of cleaning
- assisting service users with meal preparations and cooking

- as a Support Worker in one of our homes at Carmand you are required to provide support to service users, ensuring the promotion and provision of the highest standard of care is always delivered, to maximise their quality in life in a way that respects their privacy and dignity, whilst promoting independence and ensuring recognition of equality and diversity
- supporting residents to participate in; educational sessions, physical activities, group activities and activities of daily living
