Responsibility

  • plan, organise, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
  • manage the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities
  • supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed
  • conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly
  • maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
  • ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
  • strong knowledge of electrical systems and their integration into construction projects is highly desirable
  • excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
  • ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • proficient in project management software and other relevant tools
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential
