Responsibility

  • whenever available, be the first point of contact for staff/service user/visitor, always adopting a professional and welcoming manner
  • to update client information and maintain staff and client support schedules
  • dealing directly with enquiries or ensuring that messages are passed to the appropriate person
  • to record information on the office computer system and Care Management System
  • to keep the office filling systems up to date
  • to identify clients service needs on the rosters and book staff to complete the Work
  • to assist with the recruitment process and the associated correspondence
  • to answer the telephone promptly and deal with enquiries in a helpful, courteous and welcoming manner, being aware of the need to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding staff and service users

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years’ experience in Domiciliary Care Coordination
  • excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written
