Responsibility
- whenever available, be the first point of contact for staff/service user/visitor, always adopting a professional and welcoming manner
- to update client information and maintain staff and client support schedules
- dealing directly with enquiries or ensuring that messages are passed to the appropriate person
- to record information on the office computer system and Care Management System
- to keep the office filling systems up to date
- to identify clients service needs on the rosters and book staff to complete the Work
- to assist with the recruitment process and the associated correspondence
- to answer the telephone promptly and deal with enquiries in a helpful, courteous and welcoming manner, being aware of the need to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding staff and service users
Requirements
- minimum 2 years’ experience in Domiciliary Care Coordination
- excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written
- great team player
- excellent customer service skills
- flexible and adaptable
- effective organisational and multi-tasking skills
- awareness of key business principles
- excellent IT skills
