Responsibility
- careaid Limited is looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator for its Bow, London Office
- we currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position for Care Coordinator
- care coordinator is key to ensuring that the continuity of care for all of our service users
- applicants must have held a Care Coordinator position in a domiciliary care agency for at least two years
- whenever available, be the first point of contact for staff/service user/visitor, always adopting a professional and welcoming manner
- to update client information and maintain staff and client support schedules
- dealing directly with enquiries or ensuring that messages are passed to the appropriate person
- careaid Limited is an expanding domiciliary care agency that provides care support for the service users to continue living safely and independently in their own homes
Education
- minimum GCSE
Requirements
- minimum 2 years’ experience in Domiciliary Care Coordination
- excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written
- great team player
- excellent customer service skills
- at least one year’s experience as the Care Coordinator of a domiciliary care agency
- flexible and adaptable
- obtained minimum Level 3 Diploma for Health and Social Care
- effective organisational and multi-tasking skills
