  • we are looking for a creative, energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our Ofsted regulated Residential Care Home, for young people aged 10-18
  • the role can be incredibly rewarding, but can also be challenging at times
  • do you have a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent?
  • you will work with disadvantaged children aged 10 to 18 years, many of whom have a history of trauma, neglect or abuse, supporting them with all aspects of their growth, development and enjoyment of life
  • you will help to provide a safe, nurturing, caring and therapeutic home environment that supports all their needs, and enables them to thrive and flourish

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
